Why this mattered

In a cookieless world, the user account becomes a strategic product layer. For Wirtualna Polska, Moje WP needed to do more than serve as another app. It was designed as a new channel for delivering services, building cross-product engagement, and strengthening the relationship between users and the WP ecosystem through logged-in, personalized experiences.

The design challenge

The challenge was to turn a large ecosystem into one useful user experience. The app had to bring together many different products and services while staying simple to use day to day. It needed to support the organization’s long-term strategy, fit into the broader product roadmap, and create a foundation for personalization while still giving users a clear reason to return.
