The challenge was structural balance. The homepage needed to feel more expert while staying easy to read, hold commercial surfaces alongside a clean editorial flow, and support different editorial formats, including premium content, within one flexible, durable structure.

Design decisions

We redesigned the homepage as a modular editorial and commercial system. The new structure gave each part of the page a defined role: a clearer content hierarchy, dedicated formats for premium editorial pieces, and commercial surfaces built into the page from the start. We also extended the new direction into adjacent channels through social media templates aligned with the homepage voice.
